There are times when you will be unable to keep your scheduled appointment, however please consider giving at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment to make sure that the therapist’s time is free for other clients to take advantage of. You will understand that penalties of up to 100% of the treatment price will apply if this is not considered.
